• Use our trademarks or branding without authorization

AI-generated concepts provided through our redesign service are for personal inspiration and reference. Commercial use may require additional licensing.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Qeluxe in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Qeluxe and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
